All Returns are subject to our Returns Policy below. Please note that Event Tickets, Holiday Clubs and Taster sessions are non-returnable and non-refundable so please take care when ordering. These may be carried over in extreme circumstances if agreed with Selina Fox in writing.
To return an item/s to us
All returns should be sent to: Returns Department, Energize Essex, 56 Castleton Road, Southend on Sea, ESSEX SS2 4UF.
We hope you are completely satisfied with everything you buy from the Energize Essex online shop. However if, when you receive the goods, they are not exactly as you were expecting, you have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to return them to us for a refund or exchange. Any Sale or Special Offer items must be returned within 7 days. After 14 days from delivery the items will be deemed as delivered and accepted and so we will be unable to exchange or refund them.
Items must be returned to us in an ‘as new’ condition and please also email firstname.lastname@example.org stating the reason for return and informing us you are returning a product.
If the item you would like as an exchange is more expensive than your original item, we will contact you to take payment for the balance. If it is less than the original item then we will refund the balance as part of the exchange process. Delivery will be charged on the exchange order.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning unsuitable items to us, and your original shipping cost is non-refundable.
If you order from us in December for a Christmas present, you have until 21st January to return these to us – again, in as new, unworn/unused condition and in original packaging.
Faulty items will be exchanged and only refunded if there is no stock available when we process your return. All items are subject to quality testing by our returns team.
