I am a great believer that there is a sport for everyone and a trainer to suit everyone. Working with both children or adults, over the last 15 years I have helped hundreds of people meet their goals through sport and fitness whether they were training for an event, recovering from surgery, getting ready for their wedding day or trying to lose weight, ensuring a variety of sessions so people do not get bored and working on long term athlete development to ensure the changes are for life as part of a lifestyle rather than a quick fix.
